On Monday, December 8th, Rupert attended Cabaret for a Cause in New York City. Cabaret for a Cause is an event that supports Project Renewal, a charity organization that housing and support to homeless children through their En Casa for Families program.
What makes Cabaret for a Cause unique is that it not only supports children, but it also showcases the talents of child performers from Broadway, film and television. Among the performers on Monday night were Nia Frazier, Kendall Vertes and Maddie and McKenzie Ziegler from Dance Moms as well as children performers from the musicals Matilda, The Lion King and Les Miserables.
Rupert paid a visit to the green room at the show and posed for pictures with several of the children.
