This month's featured artist is Sarah B aka bsarah on deviantart. I chose this picture over so many digital paintings I found out there for many reasons. With today's technology it's easy for anyone to pretend to be an artist by 'painting over' a photograph with programs like photoshop. Sarah uses traditional media (pastels, colored pencil, and graphite) to produce this amazing pic of Rupert from BLAG magazine, and there is no faking that!
