New Photos of Rupert Grint in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
Three new photos of Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley, along with co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson as Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, have emerged today!
The photos depict the trio in Grimmauld Place, a recovering Ron and worried Hermione in the tent, and Ron sitting down, looking deep in thought.. in an area that we can't quite make out, but is probably also the tent.
Thanks to Oclumencia and to Lorena for the initial tip!
Remember, if you ever get your hands on some fresh and exciting Rupert Grint news, send it in!

Happy 22nd Birthday, Rupert!

Rupert,Your birthday this year doesn't just see you turning a year older; it sees you saying goodbye to a character you have played for a decade.
Whilst Ron Weasley may now be behind you, a new and exciting assortment of roles are ahead of you, and we all look forward to watching you bring to life a whole host of characters. Who knows who you'll have been by the time your twenty third birthday rolls around?
We wish you all the very best for your birthday, and thank you for being lovely, down-to-earth, and insanely talented at what you do.
With love.

And in other news ... Today I was fortunate enough, along with around thirty other people (including our competition winner Hestia and our very own Clèlia) to attend the Cherrybomb DVD promotional Meet and Greet.
Taking place at a rather lovely hotel off Regent Street, the meet and greet gave fans the opportunity to spend a moment with Rupert, and have a photograph, before listening to a rather fantastic Q&A with the man himself. Clèlia and I were able to present Rupert with the magazine created especially for his birthday, and a print of the artwork for his birthday card, and he seemed genuinely thrilled with both (You can download the rather gorgeous (if we do say so ourselves) magazine here, and the amazing birthday card artwork and accompanying birthday wishes can be seen here).
As ever, Rupert was charming and accommodating, answering questions with a broad smile and good humour. Full audio of the Q&A can be downloaded here, and a selection of photos can be seen in our gallery.

Following the Meet and Greet, Rupert was took part in a Q&A at the Apple Store just around the corner. Moderated by Radio One's Edith Bowman, Rupert talked about everything from Cherrybomb to Harry Potter, and the audio can be downloaded here. A video podcast of the Q&A will be made available on iTunes in the coming week, and we will link you to it as soon as it is available.
Pictures from the Q&A can be seen in our gallery.
Be sure to check back over the coming days as we add further photos from both the Q&A and the Meet and Greet!
And now a word from the lovely Claire:
As we end our birthday message festivities, we'd like to take a moment to thank some special people. First of all, is of course YOU, the fans, who year in, year out sign our cards, send in your art and your stories and ask your questions. You've made so much possible for RGN - we hope you enjoy the rest of what we have to share with you in this post!Secondly are all our rock star staffers who all contributed to the magazine and designed/edited the card. You all make RGN a truly wonderful place to work and deserve many individual squishes!
