July 2004: Rupert has completed his GCSE school requirements and leaves formal education.

6 August 2004: Filming for Goblet of Fire is well underway and spotted by a few lucky fans in Ashbridge, UK. The filming involves Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Fred, George and Mr. Weasley meeting up witht he Diggory's to go to the Quidditch World Cup.

11 August 2004: And just a few short days later, a grainy photo is published online showing Rupert on the set in costume rocking much longer hair than Ron Weasley is used to!

14 August 2004: Clothes worn by Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson as their alteregos Harry, Ron, and Hermione towards the end of Prisoner of Azkaban are put up for display in Paris at the Galeries Lafayette.

24 August 2004: Rupert turns 16 years old!

September  remains a relatively quiet month while Rupert remains tied up with filming commitments for Goblet of Fire.
